There are many different armies to choose from, from the varied factions of the Imperium of Man (including Space Marines, Imperial Guard, Custodian Guard and the Adeptus Mechanicus) to the twisted servants of Chaos (Chaos Space Marines and Daemons who follow the four chaos gods), to the many Xenos races including Orks, Necrons, Tau, Tyranids and the Aeldari (Craftworlds, Harlequins, Ynnari and Drukhari)

The forces of Order and led by Sigmar and his Stormcast Eternals, together with their allies including the human freeguilds, the graceful aelves, the stout duradin, the sylvaneth treefolk, and the lizard-like seraphon. Their main enemies are the evil followers of Chaos – the Skaven, blades of Khorne, disciples of Tzeentch, seekers of Slaanesh, and maggotkin of Nurgle –. But the undead creatures of Death, including vampires, malignants, flesh-eaters and skeleton horde, are rising across the realm, whilst the Beastclaw Raiders, Ironjaws and Bonechewer clans of Destrucution wreak havoc.
